Garlic Scape Marinade for Fish and Poultry


  • Juice of one-half lemon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic flowers
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 tsp. Tamari (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped ginger (optional)
  • pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup white wine (fish and poultry)
  • ¾ red wind (red and game meat



  • Marinate one hour or more, grill or fry.
