August’s Harvest Recipe Contest

Official Rules

Sponsor: August’s Harvest Inc., Ontario, Canada.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of majority at time of entry.

2. Contest Period

Begins upon product distribution and closes September 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter

Purchase an August’s Harvest product in Ontario and receive a unique coupon code.

To enter:

• Submit recipe
• Upload purchase receipt
• Upload coupon image
• Enter unique coupon code

Each coupon code may be used once only.

Each entry must contain a unique recipe submission.

4. Recipe Requirements

Recipes must be original or submitted with permission from the copyright holder. Entrants are responsible for securing reproduction rights where applicable.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1):

1 lb garlic per week for 10 weeks. Approximate retail value: $200 CAD.

Secondary Prizes:
Garlic T-shirts and Stratford Garlic Festival tickets awarded by random draw at a rate of one prize per every 50 eligible entries received.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Winner Selection

Winners selected by random draw from eligible entries.

Selected entrants may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question.

7. Ownership Rights

Winning recipes become property of August’s Harvest Inc. and may be published or used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Odds of Winning

Depend on number of eligible entries received.

9. Privacy & Communications

Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and communications in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and CASL.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud or technical failure affects contest integrity.
